Regarding the wide experience of OMRAN SAZEH SHAHRE KOSHA in construction; the company has developed many thousands of residence buildings in Tehran and other cities and created many jobs for the people.
2- Recreational, tourist, transport services and commercial complex section.
OMRAN SAZEH SHAHRE KOSHA constructed a Recreational, Tourist, Transport S services and Commercial Complex in ASALUYEH and helped naval and ground transport services.
3- Avah Negar Company.
Aveh Negar is a Television production company with commercial name of KONKA in Anzali Trade-Industrial Free zone in 2007.The factory has a development plan to manufacture Washing Machine, refrigerator, Vacuum cleaner, etc.
4- No Avaran Sanat Safadasht Company
This company was established in 2007 for producing UPVC doors and windows. Part of the products of this company is consuming in OMRAN SAZEH SHAHRE KOSHA projects and the rest of them send to domestic markets.
5- Sport Activities
This company has two professional sport teams including a Taekwondo team in Tehran and Volleyball team in Karaj which are very successful in competitions. In 2017, Mr. Abbas Shahbazian “The chairman of the OMRAN SAZE SHAHR KOSHA Company” accepts a job offer as a manager and sponsor of Women volleyball team.

This company allocated money for some charities for building mosques, assisting poor people and helping needed students.
